THE NASH was built from a gap we saw clearly.
We are a women-led execution team built to help businesses access reliable support without the pressure of building a full in-house team too early.
Businesses needed reliable support, but hiring full-time for every function was not always realistic. It was expensive, time-consuming, and difficult to manage.
At the same time, many companies were hesitant to hire freelancers because of trust issues, inconsistent work, and lack of accountability.
On the other side, we saw skilled women around us — especially talented women — who had the ability to support global businesses but did not always have the right platform to show what they could do.
That is why THE NASH was created. We support companies across operations, CRM, outreach, marketing, recruitment, customer communication, websites, digital systems, and AI workflows.
What We Do
THE NASH works as an extended execution team for founders, agencies, startups, and growing companies. We help businesses manage the work behind growth — from daily operations and CRM updates to outreach, marketing, recruitment, customer support, websites, and AI-powered workflows.
We are not here to complete random tasks. We help businesses stay organized, consistent, and supported.
Why Businesses Work With Us
Companies work with THE NASH because they need skilled support without the cost, delay, and complexity of hiring full-time for every role. We step into existing workflows, understand what needs to be handled, and support the business with reliable execution.
Our role is to reduce pressure, improve visibility, and help teams move faster without adding more internal complexity.

Meet the Founder
I'm Ayesha - the founder of THE NASH.
I did not grow up with a clear roadmap or role models showing me exactly what to do. What I had was a strong understanding of the life I did not want to settle for, and the kind of person I wanted to become.
That shaped how I work, how I think, and why I started building something of my own.
Before THE NASH, I worked across operations, client support, virtual assistance, research, coordination, recruitment support, automation, and business development. Those experiences showed me how much happens behind the scenes to keep a business moving - the follow-ups, systems, communication, tools, and small details that often decide whether things feel organized or chaotic.
I did not want to build a company that was only about completing tasks.
I wanted to build something that helps businesses operate better, delegate smarter, and use the right mix of people, systems, and practical AI support.
THE NASH is still growing, and so am I. But that is what makes this journey meaningful to me.
For me, this company is about ownership, resilience, trust, and creating work that feels organized, reliable, and human.
